Privacy
Information handled by the KDV app and this website, advertising and your privacy choices.
Scope and developer
This policy covers KDV Hesaplayıcısı, developed by Mert TUZER (App Store ID 1537249891), and vat.minilabs.app. MiniLabs is the app’s brand. Use the contact link below for privacy questions or data requests. The current store release, 1.2, includes advertising and usage analytics. Features marked 2.0 below apply to the new version and do not imply that the same preferences exist in 1.2.
Calculations and history
In version 2.0, amounts, rates and results are processed on your device. Saved calculations, titles and favorites stay in the app’s local history; they are not uploaded to an app account or developer-operated server. You can delete local history in the app. System device backups depend on Apple and your device settings.
Voice, photos and documents
In version 2.0, camera, photo selection and microphone access are used when you start the relevant tool. Apple Vision reads photo text on your device. The app’s voice tool requires on-device Turkish speech recognition; typed input remains available when it is unsupported. Audio recordings are not added to history. Photos and transcripts are not included in advertising or Firebase parameters. System keyboard dictation is a separate Apple feature governed by its own settings.
Advertising
Google AdMob serves banner ads. It may process IP addresses and approximate location, device identifiers, ad interactions and technical diagnostics. Version 2.0 requests non-personalized ads, disables publisher first-party IDs and does not request iOS tracking permission. These settings do not stop all processing needed to serve ads. Google’s consent form appears where required. When privacy options are required, change your choice under Settings > Advertising privacy choices.
Usage analytics and crash reports
Version 2.0 offers separate, initially disabled Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics settings. With permission, Analytics processes tool usage, sessions and app/device information; Crashlytics processes crash traces, installation identifiers and technical device information. Amounts, rates, titles, photos and transcripts are not added to app Firebase events. Disabling analytics resets its local identifier. Disabling crash reports applies on subsequent launches and requests deletion of unsent reports; it does not delete reports already sent.
This website
We add no ads, visitor analytics or forms. Fonts are served by this site. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, browser information and technical request logs for hosting and security. These technical records and the app’s advertising/Firebase data belong to separate services.
Providers, retention and requests
Google and Cloudflare may process data outside the country where your device is located. Provider retention and deletion depend on service settings and the disclosures linked below. If you email support, your address, message and attachments are handled to respond to and follow up on your request, and retained while needed. Send access, correction or deletion requests through the contact link. Requests are assessed against data we hold and the provider’s available tools. The app has no user account. We update this text and its date when data handling changes.
